The Batesville Deanery Center serves 19 parishes in 6 counties located in the southeastern portion of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Our mission seeks to inform, educate and support the faithful Catholics of our Deanery.

Our mission further seeks to:

* Enhance vibrancy of parish life
* Foster appreciation for the Catholic faith life
* Promote good stewardship
* Maximize the availability of quality Catholic educational materials
* Advocate for local Catholic educational events within the deanery boundaries
* Increase collaboration among parishes
What kinds of things can I find at the Batesville Deanery Library?
* Books-old and new from any topic you are interested in such as: prayer, morality, biographies, Mary, children's’ books, books for teens and young adults. (fiction and non-fiction)
* Study programs-Would you like to start a study with your friends or fellow parishioners? We have many of the latest studies from Bishop Barron(Catholicism), Ascension Press (Unlocking the Mysteries of the Bible) , The Augustine Institute (Symbolon) and many others. Study topics include the Bible, Mary, the Catholic Church, Theology of the Body, Prayer, etc…
* Movies-Are you looking for something to watch that you know will be inspiring and good to watch with family or friends? Look no further than the Resource Center! Some titles are : The Letters, Facing the Giants, Champions of Faith, and many more We also have a lot of movies that will appeal to kids of all ages!
* CD’s-Do you drive a lot and would like to have an option that is inspirational or prayerful? Look no further. We have many Cd’s to choose from including speakers such as Dr. Scott Hahn, Christopher West, and Marcellino D’Ambrosio.
